dispatch time
KYOKO products are all handmade therefore actual dispatch time of the order is determined by availability of the stock and time needed to produce items. Usually it takes 1 to 2 days to dispatch if available in stock and 2 to 3 weeks if not available in stock from the date of the order.

Shipping cost is not included in the price.
Shipping is done via Australia Post, standard within Australia and Airmail for international.
Please let us know if you prefer a different way.
Shipping cost is $5.00 for one scarf within Australia.
If you are ordering multiple items or from outside Australia,
we will let you know the shipping cost when we confirm your order.
International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.

If you are not satisfied with the item(s), you can return it for a full refund less shipping cost.
Please contact us within 4 days of receiving the item(s).
KYOKO is not responsible for the return shipping cost.
The item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags still attached.
Any items that are faulty or are not as ordered must be notified within 4 working days of receiving
the item(s). KYOKO is responsible for the return shipping cost. KYOKO will send you replacement
item(s) at no charge after the return of faulty or incorrect item(s).
